At Tuesday's Hudson City Council meeting, Mayor Jeff Anzevino presented the Hudson High School Chamber Orchestra with a proclamation recognizing their award-winning international performances. The group travelled to Austria and Slovakia from June 29 to July 7 by participating in the Bratislava International Youth Music Festival and in Salzburg for the International Cantus Salzburg Festival.

Hudson Residents – We Need Your Input! Keep an eye on your mailbox this week! In response to the feedback from the recent Comprehensive Plan Community Survey, where residents identified fiber broadband access as a high priority, Hudson City Council is conducting a statistically valid survey to further assess the need for fiber service. A random sample of over 3,000 residents will be receiving a postcard or email in the coming days, inviting them to participate in this important survey.

Summit County Fiscal Officer Kristen M. Scalise CPA, CFE has announced that real estate tax relief will be available to residents who have sustained damage to their property after the August 8 flood. If you experienced property damage, you first need to fill out the Summit County Fiscal Office form. Forms can be mailed to the Fiscal Office or filed online.
