The Work Coordinator – Channel is responsible for direct management oversight and planning of daily operation and staff responsible for Channel and Ditch maintenance. This involves the grading/ mowing performed by long reaches and mowers. As well as any other maintenance and vegetation control as needed. The Work Coordinator will also be responsible for other activities managed by the department, inspection work and equipment, preparing reposts and assigning work schedules, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Yesterday, the City of Corpus Christi broke ground on a new Police Substation at West Guth Park! The new facility will strengthen community connections and bring officers closer to the neighborhoods they serve. Voter-approved through Bond 2022 and Bond 2024, this substation is part of a broader plan to expand law enforcement presence citywide—joining the existing substation in Flour Bluff and another planned along Yorktown Boulevard. #CorpusChristi #CCPD #Bond2022 #Bond2024 #PublicSafety
