The City of College Park is pleased to announce College Park Police Department Officer Camille Smith as All-Star of the Month. Ofc.C.Smith consistently goes above and beyond every shift, demonstrating exceptional professionalism with citizens and her fellow officers. As the senior officer on her shift and a dedicated Field Training Officer, she takes on many roles, including volunteering to train new hires and handling duties that aren’t even assigned to her. She also fosters unity among her team, often using her own resources to create goodie bags filled with supplies for everyone on shift. She balances multiple responsibilities, from patrol duties to occasionally fulfilling jailer duties, all while maintaining a positive attitude and displaying outstanding leadership skills. Recognized as one of the department’s best Field Training Officers, Ofc.C.Smith is truly a guiding force for her peers. Her colleagues view her as a leadership figure who embodies the city's core values: HOSPITALITY EQUITY AND INCLUSION ADVANCEMENT LEADERSHIP TRANSPARENCY AND PROFESSIONALISM HARMONY Let's congratulate Ofc.
