During the November 12 City Council meeting, the Council approved Phase 1 of improvements to Coyote Ridge Park. Based on feedback received during the 2023-2024 park improvements public outreach process, these improvements focus on three areas: the playground, accessibility and mobility improvements, and fencing at the basketball court. Next, City staff will work with a consultant to finalize design and construction drawings. Construction of the Phase 1 improvements is expected to begin in mid-2025 and be completed by early 2026. The timing of future phased improvements to Coyote Ridge Park will be determined by recommendations from the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and approval by City Council.
