Smith who will present Asheboro Transformed: Building a Better Future in a Time of Change, a talk reflecting on the city’s progress and accomplishments during his time as Mayor and a member of the governing board. The event will be hosted by Randolph Community College and take place Wednesday, February 19 at the JB & Claire Davis Training in Asheboro. Breakfast will be provided at 8:00 a.m. and the program will begin at 8:30 a.m.; tickets are not required for the event. A welcome from Dr. Shah Ardalan, President/CEO of Randolph Community College will kick-off the morning.
