We’re excited to announce that Citrine and TERPconsulting have successfully completed a key project for the Department of Veterans Affairs Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS), which included a comprehensive upgrade of safety and evacuation features across multiple campuses and outpatient clinics. This project covered the South Campus in Marion, North Campus in Fort Wayne, and all Community-Based Outpatient Clinics in Muncie, Peru, Huntington, and Mishawaka, IN, as well as a location in Defiance, OH. Here's what we achieved: ?? Evacuation Maps in all buildings on each campus, fully aligned with NFPA, Joint Commission, and 29 CFR 1910.39 standards. ?? Life Safety Features including fire extinguishers, AEDs, emergency eyewash/shower stations, and primary & secondary evacuation routes. ?? Development of service-specific fire plans for each service within the system, ensuring all operations meet healthcare facility standards. This project was a true team effort, ensuring VANIHCS facilities are fully equipped to provide a safe environment for both patients and staff, while meeting the highest industry standards.
