New to programming, or want to take your skills to the next level? Cisco DevNet is here to help you.
关于我们
Cisco DevNet covers information for APIs, devops, applications, automation, and infrastructure management. We combine technical skills with people skills to support both application developers and infrastructure developers in many ways. We provide community outreach, educational events, technical documentation, and tools such as sandbox environments to try out Cisco products. We have developer advocates across the globe, and we run our own infrastructure platforms and keep the developer sandboxes ready for developers to practice their skills. New UI component from langchain. This is one of the missing pieces I wanted to try, a GUI for my graph. Studio is good, but is not intended for end users. I'm curious to integrate it with my demo. Other alternatives I'm considering using are open-webUI but I'm not completely sure. #DevNet https://lnkd.in/dS3Trt8Q

Folks this is it! We’ve been talking about and showing you how to simplify networking automation during our NetGru live streaming sessions for a while. It is now time to show you how to monetize and develop a multimillion dollar business out of automation. I’m looking forward to having this conversation with Ali McKeand ?? from CAE. Ali and his team have become wildly successful by adopting automation and building a whole practice around it. Join us next week on Wednesday at 9:00AM PDT, here on LinkedIn or on the Cisco DevNet accounts on YouTube, Twitter/X, Twitch, Meta Facebook

Rust, packets, and LLMs: building a DIY protocol stack In this live streaming session we with talk with Andrew Yourtchenko about the challenges of building an implementation of a flexible and fast framework to manipulate network packets, and the role that LLMs can play in that task. We will expriment live with practical usage of LLM to co-develop new functionality.

???????????????????? ????????????: ???????????????? ????????-????????????, ?????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????? ?????? ???? ???????????? ?????????????????? ???????????????? ?????? ??????????????????! ?? We're excited to share that Galileo is joining Outshift by Cisco and LangChain as founding core members of a new open-source collective for the agentic future: AGNTCY. Together, we'll be working with fellow AI builders to to create the foundation for how agents will collaborate effectively. For AI agents to work together successfully, we need open standards, effective observability, and interoperable infrastructure. But as our partners at Outshift noted, first we need good old-fashioned human collaboration to make this vision a reality. Galileo's focus within AGNTCY will be developing robust evaluation frameworks that ensure multi-agentic systems are trustworthy, effective, and measurable. Our tools will help developers understand and improve how agents perform both individually and as collaborative teams. We're proud to be working alongside supporting members Glean and LlamaIndex, and we invite the entire AI and infrastructure community to join us in this initiative. Read more about this new effort (and check out the framework) at the link in the comments ?? #AGNTCY #InternetOfAgents #OpenSource #AICollaboration

?? No one built the internet alone, and the same goes for the next big tech frontier. That’s why Outshift by Cisco and our partners are launching AGNTCY, an open-source collective to build the “Internet of Agents.” ???? We’re developing the critical infrastructure and open standards for AI agents to find, communicate, and collaborate with each other (think networking for AI bots across platforms). It’s a community effort – Cisco, LangChain, Galileo?? and others are teaming up – because we believe this foundation should serve everyone. Curious how it works or how you can get involved? ?? Today marks the beginning of the AGNTCY – the open-source collective building a collaboration platform for agents to work together. This isn't a Cisco initiative. Proud to partner with LangChain, Galileo?? as the first maintainers as well as Glean, and LlamaIndex as our first contributors. Specs drop now, code drops soon. This is just the beginning. Your contributions are essential. Join us: agntcy.org Harrison Chase, Yash Sheth, Jerry Liu, Arvind Jain #opensource #agenticAI #agntcy

Are We Over-Rotating on AI in Cisco DevNet (Developer Relations)? The Data Says No. Artificial Intelligence is everywhere—in headlines, demos, and keynotes. It's natural to wonder if Cisco DevNet is over-rotating on AI content at Cisco Live. But let's take a step back and look at the numbers. At recent Cisco Live events (#CiscoLiveAPJC and #CiscoLiveEMEA), we've seen a steady increase in AI-focused or AI-inclusive content. Product teams are shipping AI features, sales teams are incorporating AI-powered solutions, and Cisco DevNet Developer Advocates are making sure developers have the resources to build with these new capabilities. I had several in-person discussions with Cisco DevNet community members at Cisco Live EMEA on this topic, and I felt it was important to examine the numbers. At the DevNet Zone at Cisco Live EMEA, AI and machine learning sessions still represent only 15% of our content. The majority of our focus remains on foundational technologies that developers rely on every day: ?? Networking: 25% ?? Security: 20% ?? AI & Machine Learning: 15% ?? DevOps & Automation: 25% ?? Cloud & Compute: 10% ?? Observability & Monitoring: 5% This breakdown reflects a balanced approach. Cisco DevNet prioritizes what developers need now—secure, scalable, and automated systems—while ensuring AI is properly integrated into the broader developer ecosystem. AI is a powerful enabler, but it is not the only story. Whether you're building resilient networks, securing cloud native applications, or automating deployments, the developer journey remains diverse. Our role in Cisco DevNet is to meet developers where they are, providing technical depth and practical guidance across multiple domains. So, are we talking more about AI? Absolutely. But are we over-rotating on it? The numbers say no. What are you seeing at developer events? Let's discuss it! ?? #ciscodevnet #devnet #ai #devrel

?? Recognizing Those Who Inspire Us ?? Last May, I had the incredible opportunity to attend an AI session led by Jesus Illescas, Developer Advocate at Cisco.? His live demo was inspiring—it sparked my curiosity and pushed me to dive deep into hands-on AI projects. Motivated by his work, I began experimenting, learning, and even coding my own AI solutions.? That journey eventually led me to create a Cisco Live session on building AI agents—something I wouldn't have imagined back then! A huge thank you, Jesus, for being a guiding force and demonstrating what’s possible in the world of AI.? Your dedication to educating and inspiring others has made a profound impact on my learning.
