This landmark decision marks a significant step forward in our mission to reduce waste and recycle more. The approved plan, developed by CAA, outlines our approach to managing the end-of-life of packaging, paper products, and food serviceware in Oregon. We are proud to lead the way in implementing #EPR laws in the U.S., which will help reduce waste, improve recyclability, and create a more sustainable future for all. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has confirmed CAA as the producer responsibility organization to implement the state’s #EPR program. Companies that expect to be producers under Minnesota’s Packaging Waste and Cost Reduction Act are encouraged to visit CAA’s Producer Resource Center to learn more and begin the registration process.
