I had a great time speaking on the ethical considerations of generative AI at the Michigan Ross Business+Tech GenAI +Tech Forum. Big thanks to Philip Brabbs and Emilee Studley for inviting CircNova, Inc to be a part of this awesome community and event. I managed to get one picture a few minutes before the discussion started.

The only thing we're better at than designing circRNA molecules for undruggable diseases is neglecting to announce exciting milestones on LinkedIn. We'd like to present the world's first deep learning-predicted 3D structure for circular RNA. This was a great achievement by the first generation of our NovaEngine AI platform earlier this year. On the shoulders of giants! This year's Nobel Prizes have provided great affirmation of CircNova's mission, science, and technology. We're developing a novel deep learning AI [1] platform to predict structures and and design sequences [2] for circRNA molecules to target undruggable cancers and rare diseases with modalities such as micro RNA [3] sponging. Time to catch up on some announcements. We're thrilled to announce that Robin Pearce, PhD joined CircNova full time in June as our Senior AI Engineer! Robin brings ten years of experience in AI, RNA Biology, and Pharmacology. He's already made a great impact in the field with his research and dozens of peer-reviewed publications. And he's already helped us accomplish several milestones we'll soon announce. We like to think think of our team as a sort of Justice League of skilled individuals combating undruggable cancers and rare disease with programmable circRNA medicine using our unique NovaEngine AI platform. And no, the fact that his name is Robin didn't factor into the hiring process, that would be ridiculous! Anyway, we're ramping up quickly. So, if you're interested in working with Robin and the CircNova team, reach out to us! Especially if your name happens to be Batman or Wonder Woman.
