Sooo... we pivoted. Most of you know Circlez as the social goal-setting app for young adults. However, we saw an opportunity that we simply couldn't pass up on. There is a huge market gap for productivity software in the manufacturing space. Sure, there are tools to track overall output, cycle times, and everything in between. BUT, there's nothing designed for manufacturing workers themselves to log progress towards goals, communicate with managers, and view important documents (QC sheets, instructions, engineering drawings) all in one place. Most OKR platforms are designed for upper-level management and totally exclude the people actually doing the work. So we're changing the game. Circlez is going to become THE OKR platform for manufacturing by focusing on building for the workers. With a simple, intuitive interface, gamified elements, and the ability to access it right from your phone, we'll save companies time and money, and create a more enjoyable workplace.
