We know Business leaders, Entrepreneurs and Owners are constantly focused on execution and results. So why aren't people Let's dive back into the archives circa the beginning of 2017, when our evolutionary process was born. To find the answer to how we could best serve the world, our CEO & Founder, Dave Clare started working with 25 business owners and leaders closely over a four-month period. He documented everything in a leadership case study. What he found was extraordinary. While every business had its own unique challenges, when he laid all the case studies side-by-side, he found four common challenges they all had: 1. Lack of clarity in goals & expectations 2. Lack of alignment between culture & strategy 3. Lack of accountability in the execution of plans by leaders & their teams 4. Lack of leadership depth and strength across the organisation This can be caused by a couple of key problems. 1. Leadership is not clear on the customer-centric purpose of the business and/or hasn't engaged the team around it. 2. No long-term vision & mission defined for the business. Thus strategy is not focused on evolving and staying relevant. 3. There is no chunking down of annual goals into aligned quarterly objectives & 90-day action plans with weekly check-ins to actually hold people to account. 4. There is no visual management of the right metrics to coach performance of individuals & teams for all to see. The four key frameworks that you need in your business to resolve these issues are: 1. Cultural framework 2. Strategic framework 3. Tactical framework 4. Performance framework Then he caught out to capture all of this on one document, and our Business Evolution Roadmap? was born. This is the original drawings of the skeleton of that. This was also the birth of two key methodologies: - NEXT90? Business Evolution System - F.A.S.T. Execution? Why should you be strategic about implementing AI? This is the question our CEO Dave Clare asked everyone at the 4556 Chamber of Commerce Breakfast kickoff for 2025. You can use AI to deliver the same results, serving the same people for less effort and cost. You can use it: To improve productivity? Sure. To improve process flow and speed? Sure. To improve profitability? Sure. To remain competitive? Sure. However, the real imperative to implement AI is to improve the people experience in your business. Dave encouraged 90 business owners and leaders to leverage AI to amplify their customer experiences, team performance and operations so they can serve more people. This is a choice that should be driven by your purpose, values, and vision aligned to your mission and strategy with your customer and people at the very heart of what you do.
