Last week I tested two AI meeting transcription softwares and we're going with Circleback. Hope this helps property firms, because lots are asking me. Last year we used a tool that struggled to properly capture and summarise property lingo (IRR, NDV/GDV, hurdle rates, equiv/reversionary yields etc.) Circleback's transcript summary, action points and AI querying is phenomenal (it does in person too). Caleb and I can be 100% present without taking a single note or spending time re-writing them. Fireflies.ai was the other one (also very good). 7 months after Y Combinator! What a year it's been since starting my company! Thanks to Circleback for recording my journey—25,460 minutes well spent!
