Our October staff spotlight is the brilliant Margaret Sullivan! ?? "I joined the Circle team in 2022 after working as a teacher in Hawaii. I initially started on the Intended Parent Intake team, where I enjoyed connecting with prospective intended parents, learning their stories, and helping them determine if Circle was the right fit for their surrogacy journey. Over time, I realized I wanted to build longer-lasting relationships with intended parents, which led me to transition to the Matching Team, where I now work as a Matching Specialist! As a Matching Specialist, I find my work incredibly rewarding. I understand how important and sometimes overwhelming it can be for intended parents to choose the right surrogate. From the moment they sign on with Circle until they are matched, I am by their side, getting to know them and understanding what they’re hoping for in their journey. September's staff spotlight is the amazing Ryan Peterson! ?? Ryan joined Circle in 2014 as a Program Coordinator and has grown into his current role as Senior Parent Intake Associate. Throughout his time at Circle, he has witnessed significant change both within the team and the surrogacy world. “I’m always impressed by my colleagues, who truly are the best part of Circle. Our team has grown, and while the surrogacy world is evolving, our strength lies in our ability to adapt while staying true to our mission of making the surrogacy process meaningful for everyone involved,” Ryan shares. One of Ryan’s favorite moments came recently when he received an update from an intended parent whose surrogate had just delivered a baby. Having first met this intended parent years ago, Ryan was deeply moved to see the journey come full circle. As a former Program Coordinator, he felt immense pride in knowing that the team continues to provide exceptional support and build meaningful connections, just as he and his fellow PCs did a decade ago— many of whom are now leading other teams at Circle.
