Our October staff spotlight is the brilliant Margaret Sullivan! ?? "I joined the Circle team in 2022 after working as a teacher in Hawaii. I initially started on the Intended Parent Intake team, where I enjoyed connecting with prospective intended parents, learning their stories, and helping them determine if Circle was the right fit for their surrogacy journey. Over time, I realized I wanted to build longer-lasting relationships with intended parents, which led me to transition to the Matching Team, where I now work as a Matching Specialist! As a Matching Specialist, I find my work incredibly rewarding. I understand how important and sometimes overwhelming it can be for intended parents to choose the right surrogate. From the moment they sign on with Circle until they are matched, I am by their side, getting to know them and understanding what they’re hoping for in their journey. The highlight of my role is successfully matching intended parents with their perfect surrogate!" We're lucky to have Margaret on our team!
