We continue to release updates and improvements for our apps on a regular cadence; over the past several weeks, we’ve made a series of fixes and updates that have resulted in a crash-free user experience for over 99.9% app of users, and we have many more exciting improvements and features in store — but that’s for a future post. As we have grown, we continue to serve more and more patients every day, who all have different needs and preferences for accessing care. That’s why we today are excited to announce the full rollout of v1.0 of our Patient Portal! This website-based login portal joins our highly-rated app by giving our patients more options for checking-in for and attending appointments, contacting their care team, and much more. Now patients can more easily have a hands-free experience when speaking with their provider, and can enjoy seeing their provider more clearly on a larger screen.
