For this week’s #InsideCircetUSA from Circet USA, we spoke with Danny Bazerman, Vice President, Growth and Customer Delivery of one of our Tier 1 Customer Units. Danny has been with the company for 6 years and works with the Tier 1 Customer on contract negotiation and pricing. Danny helps to determine if the work can be done a fair price for both sides as well as whether we can meet the Customer target SLAs internally for quality, price and timeliness. We asked Danny what a typical day for him looks like: “There is no typical day, which I love. I look to satisfy my external and internal customer. I am always looking for fires to put out. I also look strategically how Circet USA should position ourselves against our competition in the marketplace.” What Danny loves most about his job are the people, and the hundreds of friendships he has created throughout the years. We asked Danny what one thing he has accomplished in his career that he is most proud of: “My legacy of taking a chance and hiring several hundred people into a new wireless field. These people have excelled and gone on to have amazing careers and with that been able to support a great lifestyle with their families.” When we asked him if there is still something he would like to learn, he answered, “I am still chasing the art of mindfulness. How do we quiet our minds to allow us to cultivate new ideas and find what truly makes us happy.” Most people do not realize Danny is an introvert who can adapt in certain situations to be more of an extrovert. “I recharge in the “cone of silence”, hoodie up, feet up. It’s good to listen to the extraverts but not be afraid to state your opinion when needed.” Outside of work, Danny’s biggest indulgence is concert tickets, and he will attend many live music events each month, where you will find him dancing up front! When we asked Danny what he considers his greatest achievement he replied, “I have remained relevant as an early wireless pioneer to now. For this week’s #InsideCircetUSA from Circet USA, we spoke with Saurabh Chopra, IT Director in the Information Technology department. Saurabh has been with the company for 6 years and leads a variety of technology driven projects focused on digital transformation, implementing advanced analytics, reporting, and automation solutions. A typical day for Saurabh involves working on key initiatives such as ERP modernization and streamlining business reporting for faster data retrieval and analysis. Other focus areas include developing and implementing Generative AI and ML projects, including organizational chatbots, as well as automation initiatives in finance and operations to boost efficiency across the organization. When we asked Saurabh what he loves most about his job, he answered, “I love the innovative projects I get to lead, the impact that data-driven decisions have on our business strategy, and the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies. Every use case or data initiative I work on is tied to a specific value outcome - whether it’s automating processes, removing gaps, or improving efficiencies. It’s exciting to see these efforts directly contributing to measurable business results.” Saurabh’s career path began as a Radio Frequency engineer, leading several large-scale cellular deployments for tier-one operators nationwide. Over the years, he transitioned through various roles before moving into the PMO, where he focused on automating business processes, streamlining business reporting, and developing BI tools and solutions. “In the last five years, my focus has been on the IT side, concentrating on digital transformation projects including ERP implementation, business intelligence, data analytics, and AI/ML initiatives while collaborating with multiple teams across the business.” Outside of work, Saurabh enjoys reading, exploring new places and cuisines and staying active by working out and spending quality time with his family. Saurabh considers building strong relationships to be his greatest achievement. “Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the greatest managers and colleagues, who have played a huge role in shaping who I am today. I am truly indebted to them for their guidance and support.” We asked Saurabh if there was something he’s learned to love as he’s gotten older and he replied, “As I’ve gotten older, I’ve learned to truly value gratitude, building meaningful relationships, humility, and the importance of never stopping learning. These donations provided critical supplies like paper goods, cleaning products, garbage bags, packaged food, bottled water, and even carbon monoxide detectors—and we hope these communities will be on their road to recovery soon. Congratulations to Lauren Vrane, Finance Manager and our November Thrive Spotlight Award recipient. When asked about something she is proud to have accomplished at the company, Lauren said: "I moved into a newly created role this year and have hit the ground running. Things change constantly and move fast but I’m loving the new challenges it brings and making sure we are successful as a team. When a community member found themselves in trouble, backed up sewage, unusable water, and no one would provide any answers, two local heroes, Clayton Conners and Javonce Medley from Circet USA, stepped up and stepped in. Despite not being responsible for the problem, Clayton and Javonce took immediate action by getting on the phone and using their local connections to help coordinate repairs, making sure the family’s home was on the right path to getting fixed. Their response was a reminder of what true community support looks like. For this week’s #InsideCircetUSA from Circet USA, we spoke with Alex Imani, Assistant Program Director for the Integration and Manufacturing Department. Alex has been with the company since July of 2022 and what he loves most about his job is the support he receives from leadership. A typical day for Alex involves leading a handful of lab-orientated wireless integration projects in multiple facilities in the DFW, Texas area. Alex entered the telecommunications industry as a Tech 1 tower technician. Since that time, he has learned to manage, develop, and grow in different areas of the business. Outside of work, Alex enjoys motorsports, which began before his telecommunications career when he worked in the automotive industry. He also admits that his biggest indulgence is H?agen-Dazs ice cream. When we asked Alex if there was something he has learned to love as he’s gotten older, he told us, “Time.
