Chemical Injection Partners (CIP) provides transparent, cost effective solutions in the treatment of produced water.
关于我们
Chemical Injection Partners (CIP) was founded in 2019 with a focus on recommending and managing produced water treatment programs tailored to maximize hydrocarbon breakout, solids separation and injection treatment in PIPELINES, INJECTION WELLS and PRODUCED WATER. CIP is currently treating over 4 million barrels of produced water a day. Our service model allows for more consistent monitoring of tanks, pipelines, and injection well performance. For this reason, we are able to address issues proactively rather than reactively, which saves the customer time and money. Our Field Team brings over 50 years of combined experience with a deep understanding of SWD and Pipeline Operations. Combining this experience with a 100% transparent chemical program allows CIP to provide a solution specifically designed to maximize outcomes. CIP is a strategic partner with our clients, working in lockstep to ensure the proper management of the treatment program. A dedicated Service Team with Chemical Consultants is assigned to each Client to provide a hands-on, personal experience. The "Safety Culture" at CIP is owned and led by the Operations Management Team with guidance and support from QHSE. CIP is a member of ISNetworld and Veriforce. For more information go to our website www.cippermian.com or contact us at 817-666-3055. We look forward to working with you to to design a custom chemical solution.

Thank you again Noble Gibbens!! It was great having you and we look forward to the next workshop!
I teach leaders how to get their emotions working FOR them, rather than against them. Stop letting your emotions control you & start using them to make you a more empathetic, effective decision maker.
Thank you Brad Svoboda & Jourdan Clements for having me in to Pecos, TX last week to continue engaging w/your team!?Thank you for all the logistical support, too Breanna Johnson! ?? 4 insights & surprises from this 2nd Workshop with Chemical Injection Partners in Pecos, TX: 1.) How much time the team wanted to discuss how to more effectively encourage & support each other on & off the job. (Such a powerful, productive & impactful (& relevant) discussion! ????) 2.) The level of vulnerability that a number of the team members displayed & modeled is a reflection of the type of culture you're creating at CIP. ??Consider the environment. I would argue that many oil & gas (service) businesses are not super conducive to having "vulnerability" as a value that's important to them. Yet, Patrick Lencioni (author of The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team) emphasizes the power & impact of "vulnerability-based trust" as the necessary foundation of a strong, healthy organization. You all at CIP are creating just that! 3.) I actually butted heads w/one of the leaders during the workshop. ????That’s never happened before.???? We were both having a difficult time understanding each others’ perspective & I was not doing a good enough job at asking the right questions to better understand where he was coming from. Someone else interjected to provide more clarity for both of us. I apologized to the other leader profusely for my inability to ask the right questions & for my misunderstanding of his perspective. It felt really good to tell him how sorry I was.?It lowered the frustration for both of us. It was a great opportunity for me to better connect w/him afterwards. 4.) ??The support from the leadership team is a game changer. Brad Svoboda, the COO, takes the content I share at the Qtly workshops & integrates it into his weekly staff meetings w/his leaders. I cannot overstate enough how powerful that is to regularly reinforce the content discussed at their quarterly workshops. Talk about getting the most out of your money! It’s also an excellent way to ensure understanding, engagement & assimilation of the content into the culture of their organization. ??????♂?Question: What is the relationship between vulnerability, connection, culture & business outcomes? Thank you for the opportunity to work with your leaders & team members!
