Start by identifying how long your HR team will need to prepare onboarding documents. From there, consider how much time is required to draft, send, and get offer letters signed. Don’t forget to factor in the time needed for final decision-making. By backtracking through these steps, you can determine the latest possible date for your final interview and understand the full length of your hiring process—from first interview to onboarding.? ?? 2?? Plan Around the Holidays?? The holiday season (from Halloween to the New Year) brings its own set of challenges: team members may take time off, and candidates may also be away on vacation. Scheduling interviews or finalizing decisions during this period can be tricky.
