It was cold but we still had our coffee! Hamilton County and Travelin Toms Coffee joined in to help us give back to our amazing members. Kudos to the Member Development Team for putting together such a great event!

We got our thinking caps on for Trivia Night with Cincinnati Youth Collaborative! The Cinfed team joined in to help raise more than $30,000 for local students to excel in their education and enjoyed friendly games of Fowling throughout the evening. Cinfed is proud to be a CYC partner!

Congratulations to our Member Development Team on earning their new certifications to enhance our Cinfed Works program! Sophia - Credit Union Facilitator This certification strengthens Sophia's ability to work with adult learners, giving her additional tools for developing motivational strategies as well as designing workshops regarding workplace inclusivity. Laura - Credit Union Business Development Professional This certification increases Laura's ability to create impactful employee financial wellness plans for Cinfed's Preferred Employer Groups and their workforces, helping bring success to their business and local communities.

Thank you Liz! The Oakley branch team and our members joined together to celebrate Liz before she begins a new journey later this month. Guests included Cinfed CEO Jay Sigler and retired Cinfed board chair Leroy Miller. Liz has spent the last 10 years within our branches, working behind the scenes to create memorable experiences for both members and employees. We will miss you!

We’re thrilled to share Danielle Peace has been promoted to Director of Branch Operations! In her new role, Danielle will oversee the day-to-day performance of Cinfed’s branch locations, leveraging her firsthand experience and extensive industry knowledge. "I'm very excited to have the opportunity to make a bigger impact on the organization. I'm looking forward to working more closely with our employees as well as bringing new ideas to help strengthen the member experience." Danielle has been with Cinfed since 2019, holding managerial roles across four branch locations, where she's also led community engagement activities with non-profit organizations and local schools. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Cincinnati and currently resides on the West Side with her husband Keith and their seven-month-old daughter Hazel.
