Growing up and learning the Thermal Spray landscape at his grandfather’s company Deane laid his foundation with experience in facility maintenance, machining, coating and precision grinding of thermal spray coatings before moving into a commercial role. With over 15 years of experience Deane relocated from Philadelphia to Cincinnati to join the CTS team in 2022 as the Commercial Sales Manager. Deane’s goals are to grow the commercial business, further diversifying CTS’s footprint in the Thermal Spray market.
