For Lehr’s Prime Market co-owner allison homan, the market is the realization of a decades-old dream. A former event planner, Allison grew up at the butcher shop her family owned in Neenah, Wisconsin. It was established by her great-grandfather, Charlie, in 1896 as a smokehouse, but eventually expanded into a small butcher shop and grocery called Boehm’s Market. Allison ended up working as an event planner. But deep down she always wanted to recreate that same childhood experience in her adopted hometown of Milford. #cincinnati
