At our last Women's Leadership Initiative session, participants shared their personal leadership stories and concluded the day by applying their learned skills for approaching critical conversations. We were thrilled to welcome back Josh Trout as the opening speaker and to hear more about his perspective on leadership. Thank you to everyone who shared and to all of our speakers!

Giving Tuesday is the international day of philanthropy when many of our alumni, employees, families, and friends choose to support Furman students. Recently, the Center for Innovative Leadership was invited to work with Furman's Master of Science in Innovation and Leadership (MSIL) students. We had a great time with this amazing group. Keep up the great work! Once a month, students from the MSIL program at Furman University participate in “Fridays in the Field,” where they have the opportunity to work with different members of the community. The November session, led by the Center for Innovative Leadership at Furman University, highlighted a Design Thinking exercise. A standout feature of the MSIL graduate program is its innovative course format. Through their initiative “Fridays in the Field,” students are given the opportunity to venture into businesses and nonprofits, gaining invaluable insights from industry experts while gaining meaningful connections for future endeavors. #repost Furman University Graduate Studies
