Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement Insurance, also known as “Medigap” are two different types of plans. Both plan types can be offered by private insurance companies and can help pay for costs not covered by Original Medicare Parts A and B. How to practice box breathing: Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 4 seconds. Exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds. Hold again for 4 seconds. Repeat this cycle 3 to 4 times, and you’ll find a sense of calm and clarity.
