Sleep much? Every time I run production I barely sleep the night before… can you relate? I wake up constantly thinking I snoozed my alarm (plus, Election Day anxiety). We fire the kettles at 5 am and we’re typically doing shots of habanero by 6 am! So rewarding to be able to be part of every production and SIEMPRE siempre, without a doubt, YOU will crack open a bottle of Cien Chiles ??? and taste the best bottle of small batched, authentic hot sauce!! Life is about making a difference in peoples lives! Long before I launched Cien Chiles (for those who don’t know me), I have always tried to make a difference, in the small gestures or a simple smile. I love life and I am so blessed and extremely happy to be able to share my passion with you. Every bottle filled with love and the joy of coming together! Happy Monday FAMILIA! For many of us, Mondays can be challenging as we transition from the weekend to a new workweek. However, for our colleague, they have grown to love Mondays as an opportunity to start fresh. Nowadays I really enjoy Mondays because it is a new opportunity to start new things, bring my daughter to school and grow this (Cien Chiles ??? ) business of ours. This is a great reminder that a positive mindset can make all the difference in how we approach the day. WHAT A WEEK! Many people: “Where’s your booth?” Natural Products Expo West 2024!! Unforgettable experience, we pitched Cien Chiles ??? and made it to the top 5 out of hundreds of other great companies who applied! Incredible feedback and this is me sharpening my skills for next time! ???? (I was excited to get a booth for next year) Building a more meaningful connections with people that can make a difference in our journey was the MOST important takeaway for me! Working the booth for so many years with Chosen Foods made me savor this moment so much. Knowing the ins and outs of where to park, where to stay, how long it takes to walk from one place to the next! If you’re still reading, thank you!
