    New milestone achieved for customer success! This year, CS has earned its place at Forrester’s B2B Summit as a key pillar of revenue strategy alongside sales and marketing. ? It’s been a long road for CS from a post-sales support function to the protector of retention and now a fully operationalized revenue driver. Along the way, CS has proven that retention and expansion are just as important as new sales (evidence: NRR is now a top-three valuation metric) and that customer-centricity is a foundational competitive advantage rather than a nice-to-have.
