Even for an introvert like myself, independent learning is not always the answer. Why? Because there are just experiences that require communal engagement. Cohorts provide an experiential, formational, and experimental context to heal, learn, and grow. Whether it is our brave relationship cohorts at Church Well Co, or engaging leadership skills through coaching cohorts like the one I’ve been blessed to be a part of with Sam Rockwell, PhD of Rockwell&Co, I have found the cohort model to be foundational to transformation.?

Harm, while never to be celebrated, is not the most damaging thing in relationships. The inability to acknowledge and repair harm is far more destructive. When trust is assumed, instead of developed, it unintentionally leads to relationships that avoid causing harm. Which become shallow over time.
