关于我们
The Chronic Disease Research Group (CDRG) specializes in observational epidemiology and health services research, administrative and clinical trial data management and analyses, and post-approval outcomes and safety studies leveraging real-world data sources. By name, CDRG is focused on advancing the knowledge base around chronic diseases and associated issues impacting patients’ lives, including anemia, mineral-bone disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease and organ transplantation, among others. Our clinician-guided research teams are staffed by epidemiological, biostatistical, project and data management experts. We collaborate with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other medical technology industry sponsors, as well as with health plans, providers, universities and government agencies concerned with understanding the impact of health care and policies, and improving the quality of patient care, on outcomes, safety and costs. CDRG’s tagline is “We Deliver.” CDRG’s primary purpose is to help its partners, collaborators, and clients achieve their goals using its vast amount of expertise, innovative skill sets and advanced strategies and methods when approaching individual projects. Since CDRG brings expertise, integrity and commitment to each project, “we deliver” encompasses CDRG’s mission to deliver quality projects and deliverables to all of its stakeholders. The Chronic Disease Research Group is the largest division of the Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation (MMRF), which is a subsidiary of the Hennepin Healthcare System, and operates as the research arm of Hennepin County Medical Center, an acute care, designated safety-net, teaching hospital located in downtown Minneapolis. MMRF is the third-largest nonprofit medical research organization in Minnesota and ranks in the top seven percent of all institutions receiving research funding from the National Institutes of Health.
