We just published a new article from Cold Pressure Council (CPC) addressing the recent outbreak linked to Listeria in deli meats and how High Pressure Processing (HPP) offers a proven solution to safeguard public health. Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/g9fNDxTa Additionally, we’re excited to share that Daniel Wachter, our CEO, will be attending the Cold Pressure Council (CPC) Conference in Chicago on November 5. As a CPC Board Member, Daniel Wachter will also highlight the importance of innovations like CTI - Chromatic Technologies, Inc. and our PROVE YOUR PROMISE® visual quality control indicators for High Pressure Processing (HPP). These indicators change color on the packaging at 87,000 PSI, confirming that the product has been properly treated according to HPP specifications. Our solutions help reduce risks and costs in the HPP supply chain, ensuring safe, natural products that meet regulatory standards and consumer demands.
