Check out these beautiful interior pics of our new Community View Apartments in Morrisville, New York. The construction on the new senior housing project is nearing completion. We are still currently accepting applications for Community View Apartments, located at 1055 Community Way, in Morrisville. Community View will provide a total of 61 one-bedroom units of safe, affordable, energy-efficient homes in a newly constructed building. Rents will be affordable from 30%-60% AMI. All units are restricted to individuals aged 55 and older. There are 20 units set-aside for frail elderly via referral system. There are 10 fully accessible units for those with mobility impairments and 4 units setup for those with Hearing and/or Vision disabilities. Applicants with mobility, visual or hearing impairments should make sure to indicate on their application that an accessible unit is required.
