Building a collaborative framework to communicate and track Kingdom impact

关于我们

The Christian Impact Framework offers a bold vision to develop a standardised language, framework, and indicators for Christian impact investing and philanthropy. Currently, no such measures exist, which results in a lack of transparency, accountability, and ability to celebrate spiritual/redemptive impact. We propose the solution is a collaborative and independent effort over the next one to two years to develop a comprehensive framework that will support reporting.

  • ?????? ?????????? ??????????, ?????? ?????? ???????? ???????? ????????? Focus teams are crucial for refining CIF outcomes statements and indicators, ensuring they are practical and adaptable. This phase will move the framework from high level goals, to measurable outcomes that are clearly defined, with example indicators that organizations can use. In order to do so, we are bringing together subject matter experts from diverse backgrounds under each of the CIF goals, along with impact professionals who have experience of the SDG development process. This will ensure the outcomes and indicators are meaningful as well as clearly defined. We are excited for how this will support organizations looking to measure their Kingdom impact, and increase transparency and accountability in the wider ecosystem. We

  • A couple of weeks ago, we had a fantastic online workshop with Ziwani and the Faith and Work Ecosystem Gathering! We explored local articulations of the CIF impact goals, and continued to learn about the complexities that many of you face as it relates to measuring spiritual impact. These include: * Balancing between theological and practical goals - for organizations with a faith-based mission, balancing practical goals with spiritual outcomes * Distinguishing between short and long-term outcomes and change * Capturing long-term ‘ripple effects’ - it’s difficult to capture true, lasting impact over time and fully understand what interventions contribute most to change * Lack of standardised practices and tools - to measure these unique indicators * What to measure - starting a new behavior doesn’t necessarily mean long-term growth or transformation We are excited to run more online workshops like this in the coming months. Do you have a community who would like to host such a gathering? If so please comment or reach out to us!
