The Christa Team celebrated the ribbon cutting of Phase 1 and the groundbreaking for Phase 2 of Barrel Factory Apartments in Kingston, NY. In Phase 1, the empty 18,000-square-foot Barrel Factory has been transformed into 12 affordable housing units with 3,500 square feet of commercial flex space and additional amenities for the complex. Phase 2 will be a new building, creating a 100-unit mixed-use, mixed-income apartment complex. We're thrilled to share progress at Court Street Apartments. The former historic Sheltered Workshop for the Disabled is being transformed into 111 affordable apartments. This adaptive reuse project will have 80 apartment units in the historic building and 31 newly constructed apartments in the additional building. From an improved home player’s clubhouse to a major expansion of the stadium’s kitchen facilities, each phase of construction is shaping this space into a better experience for fans and players alike. Their 16th annual Walk With Willow took place on Sunday, helping raise awareness of the center's mission and life-saving services.
