I'm happy to report the Eden Garden at Paradise Beach Nevis is finally finished! Overcoming shipping delays and challenging weather conditions, I'm glad to see the garden completed and thrilled to hear positive feedback from resort ownership and guests. Of my 5+ years living and working in the Caribbean, this project will not only be in my portfolio for years, but the stories (both good and bad) I have from managing the construction and installation will be everlasting. Spanning 4,000 SF with three distinct levels, this tiered garden offers a seamless journey for guests from the villas to the dining area. Featuring a striking water feature and custom stone benches, the garden showcases over five-hundred tropical plants, an array of palms and fruit trees, and a custom runnel using stormwater to irrigate each level of the garden. #LuxuryLandscaping #TropicalOasis #LandscapeArchitecture #Landscape Design #GardenDesign

With its ability to simulate various scenarios, AI is enabling us to create truly innovative and sustainable outdoor spaces far faster than we could previously. I see AI models as a win-win for both the client and designer. I can now show a client MORE ideas in a fraction of the time, which allows me to quickly explore solutions before creating a final concept. Using this simple staircase renovation as an example, instead of spending a day creating graphics to show my ideas, I used AI to generate a couple scenes in about 30 minutes.
