Morgan's advice for women considering the construction industry: "Do it and don't hold back!" Morgan has been with Chris-Tel Construction since May 2024. She started as an intern while completing her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida Gulf Coast University. After graduating in December, Morgan joined us full-time and is now going through our Career Start program. She loves being out in the field and "seeing a project come to life." This year’s Horizon Foundation Lee County Annual Meeting was a little more special than in years past. We are so excited to announce Molly Scott's appointment to the Horizon Council Executive Board! Molly will serve as Secretary and work alongside other forward-thinking business executives to improve and grow Lee County. We couldn’t be more confident that Molly’s professionalism, hard work, and dedication will make a difference during her time on the Board.

Members of our team had a great time last night at the ABC Florida Gulf Coast Chapter Top Golf event! We always look forward to this event and getting to "swing" off the new year with other ABC members.

Our team on site the South Fort Myers High School Re-Roof project for the School District of Lee County has created a unique partnership with the welding program. The welding teacher graciously had his students help us fix a broken ladder. In appreciation for their hard work, Chris-Tel and CFS Roofing Services donated a variety of welding supplies, including gloves, grinders, welding rods, and other essential tools as a way to say "Thank You". We know these students will put them all to good use!

Today, we celebrated a major milestone at the Southward Village project with a Topping Out Celebration! ????? The event featured a raffle, catered lunch, and speeches from Chris-Tel President, Howard Wheeler, and representatives from The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers. This celebration was all about showing our gratitude to everyone who’s been part of making this incredible project a reality. Thank you to all who have contributed to this journey! ??
