CHPA applauds Mississippi Representative Stacey Wilkes, Senator Hob Bryan, and Governor Tate Reeves for their bipartisan leadership to pass and sign H.B. 1463 into law requiring manufacturers of OTC medicines containing pseudoephedrine (PSE) to pay monthly fees to support the National Precursor Log Exchange (NPLEx) system, which has proven effective in combating illicit drug production, promoting transparency, and reinforcing public safety. Our second evening of #SLS2025 brought 348 #consumerhealthcare leaders together for an exciting Board of Directors Cocktails & Conversations Reception, featuring an all-female mariachi band and dance company. CHPA Board leadership and key industry supporters then enjoyed a friendly meal, supported by Kristin Hornberger and the Circana team. Before the night was over, we gathered again for a Strawberry Margarita (or two...), crafted by the Ultima Health Products, Inc team, at our After Hours reception, where colleagues and friends took the #karaoke stage and won Persuadable Research prizes!??
