关于我们

Choose To Thinq (CTQ) helps teams and individuals be future-relevant in a shape-shifting world. To be future-relevant, organizations have to answer: “who should we be in the future?”, “how will we be valuable in the future?” and “how do we flourish in that future?”. CTQ’s three practice areas help answer these questions: 1. Culture and People Strategy Practice We help companies define, drive, and sustain their culture: - Build a Culture Manifesto: codify the organization’s purpose & values using our proprietary Dilemmas process to form the bedrock for strategy and execution planning. - Orchestrate a Culture Diet: Bring the culture manifesto to life through Storification: Create a repository of in-house stories, which becomes a strategic asset in employer branding, onboarding, retention, rewards and recognition. - Culture Water-Cooler: Using content prompts to encourage conversation on topics of culture and to build community even in distributed workforces. The calendar of activities has interventions like quizzes & improv, leader interviews, knowledge sessions, book summaries, and uses in-house channels. - Formalise Culture Playbooks: Formal guidelines and instructions to skill managers and individuals in desired behaviours. 2. Curiosity & Knowledge Practice Build capability in niche future-relevance skills like storytelling, innovation orchestration, building social capital, new media communication, and prospective hindsight. - ‘Sip-Drip-Ship’ programs: Short courses delivered in blended modes. - Curiosity Channels: Curated content on diverse topics to fuel conversation and cross-pollination. - Custom learning programs: To address behavioural gaps in the culture of teams. 3. Compounding Habits CTQ Compounds enables individuals build sustainable habits where they do small, regular actions that compound over time to give them a disproportionate advantage. - Daily Reader : 6 months program to build a daily reading habit - Future Stack, Social Capital and more.

We've been in the Leadership Development space for over a decade now. And this quote hits differently in 2025! Think about it: The most impactful leaders that we've worked with don't have all the answers. They ask the right questions. They spark conversations. They listen. They create spaces where ideas can flourish. Leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating an environment where finding answers together becomes possible.

  • Now that we are exactly 50 days into 2025, how's your New Year Resolution holding up? Do you need a NUDGE? Check this episode where our co-founders dive into the concept of "Nudges"—small but powerful interventions that can gently guide our choices and behaviors. They explore how nudges shape our decisions subtly, often without our conscious awareness, and can make desired actions easier and more likely. From explaining 'Choice Architecture' (the environment that influences our decisions) to practical examples like posting on LinkedIn or encouraging teamwork, this episode reveals how thoughtful nudges can help us adopt new habits, enhance team culture, and drive positive outcomes. They highlight how "Choose To Thinq" uses nudges to build strong communities and foster growth, creating structures where learning and engagement come naturally. Tune in to understand how this 'secret superpower' can shape the path to success. https://buff.ly/4gM1KaB

  • In today's dynamic world, true leadership transcends beyond mere titles and positions. It's about action and setting an example that inspires others. Leadership is demonstrated through everyday actions that reflect integrity, empathy, and commitment to a shared vision. It's about stepping up when challenges arise, making decisions that benefit the team, and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute. When we view leadership as an action, it empowers individuals at all levels to take initiative, influence others positively, and drive change. It's not confined to the corner office but can emerge from any corner of an organization. By embodying the principles of leadership in our daily interactions, we not only elevate our own capabilities but also inspire those around us to do the same. Remember, leadership is not about the power you hold in a title but the positive impact you make through your actions. Let's strive to lead by example and create a ripple effect of excellence and inspiration.
