?? Project Showcase: City of Garland Walnut Creek Library! ?? We’re excited to share our work with JC Commercial Construction on the new Walnut Creek Library in Garland. At CHM Weatherguard's North Branch, we are committed to delivering long-lasting protection for this essential community space. This project includes the installation of Thru Wall Flashing at the base of walls and window heads to ensure effective water diversion. We are also applying Tremco’s 250GC Cold Fluid Applied Waterproofing Membrane at below-grade planters to prevent water infiltration. Additionally, Tremco’s Dymonic will be used for exterior building sealants, and Vulkem 45SSL will be applied for site paving, providing durable, comprehensive protection. ???? We’re proud to be a part of creating a safe, lasting space for the City of Garland!

?? Project Showcase: Dallas College Satellite Energy Plant! ?? We’re excited to share our collaboration with McGough Construction on the Dallas College Satellite Energy Plant project. At CHM Weatherguard's North Branch, we are dedicated to enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability for this essential facility. For this project, we’re installing Tremco’s ExoAir 220 fluid-applied air barrier on CMU and sheathing, providing superior air and moisture control. Additionally, we’re using Tremco’s Dymonic 100 for joint treatment and rough opening detailing, ensuring durable and flexible sealing solutions. ???? We’re proud to contribute to a project that prioritizes energy efficiency and sustainable solutions!

?? Project Showcase: City of Anna Library and Plaza! ?? We’re excited to share our work with McCown Gordon on the new City of Anna Library and Plaza. At CHM Weatherguard's North Branch, we are dedicated to providing top-quality solutions, ensuring a durable and well-protected structure for this community project. For this project, we’re installing Tremco’s Cold Fluid-Applied Exo Air 230 Air Barrier system at the sheathing backup walls. Before applying Exo Air 230, our team conducts a thorough substrate inspection and quality check, then applies Dymonic 100 at rough openings and transitions and Tremflex 834 at board joints. ???? We’re proud to be part of this project and look forward to seeing the City of Anna community enjoy this new space.

Jason’s experience as both an installer and superintendent gives him invaluable insight into the waterproofing industry, and his dedication to providing premier customer service has built a strong foundation with our clients. With a background that includes working for the Dallas Stars and Dallas Cowboys, Jason brings a unique blend of professionalism and industry knowledge to our team. Today, we’re celebrating Roman Hernandez, our incredible Superintendent, who joined the CHM family in 2023 with over three decades of construction expertise! ??? His extensive safety certifications reflect his dedication to secure work environments, while his relentless drive inspires everyone around him to give their best. When Roman isn’t on the job site, he swaps his PPE for a guitar, sharing soulful melodies at his church. He also loves playing soccer with friends and enjoying beach vacations with his family, knowing that life outside work is just as important. Happy Birthday, Roman!
