As we begin the search for a new Executive Director, Chinook Fund's Board of Directors has been working diligently on the Executive Transition process, with the Executive Transition Committee playing a key role in moving us forward thus far. We are excited to announce that Program Director, Mateo Parsons, is serving as our Interim Executive Director. .. “Mateo brings experience as an Executive Director both at Four Winds American Indian Council and in his role during Crys Middlestadt’s 2024 sabbatical. We’re confident that he is the right person to steward staff through this transition." - Anna Ghublikian, Chinook Fund Board Member .. We’ll also be partnering with Sonya Ulibarri and Marisol Solarte-Erlacher of Cultura Leadership Consulting to identify and hire our next Executive Director. Sonya and Marisol are experts in organizational development and bring deep awareness of Chinook’s work. It was our hope to find a consultant that has the macro understanding of executive leadership as well as familiarity with what we do; Cultura has been a great fit. ..
