We are thrilled to share that?Dechert?Day 2024 at Children of Promise NYC?was a tremendous success! Volunteers from Dechert LLP joined us from around the globe for a day packed with fun and educational activities that left a lasting impression on our scholars. Throughout the day, our scholars engaged in captivating science experiments with liquid nitrogen and dry ice, enjoyed a photo booth, face painting, and savored delicious treats from a food truck featuring burgers, ice cream, and churros. The highlight of the event was a mock trial for our Youth Action teens, mentored by?Dechert’s esteemed legal professionals, providing them with invaluable insights into the legal system and boosting their confidence. This event wouldn't have been possible without the dedication and hard work of?Dechert’s volunteers. We extend our deepest gratitude to all the?Dechertemployees who traveled from near and far to make this day unforgettable.? Seeing our children’s faces light up with joy and curiosity was incredibly rewarding.
