Here are some fun activities to help keep hospitalized kids entertained: - Coloring books, painting, or DIY crafts - Reading (or audiobooks) - Educational and fun apps or movies - Board games, card games, or puzzles - Encourage friends and family to send letters or care packages filled with goodies and uplifting messages. ?????? ???? ??????????????: In 2005, Sarah-Beth Janssen founded Strike Out Cancer Day to create a day of joy at the ballpark where families could escape their challenges and enjoy quality time together for free. In 2013, the Sherwood and Peters families attended the event, igniting a commitment to support families affected by pediatric cancer. After their children, Hannah and Luke, completed treatment, Mona Sherwood and Sue Peters organized fundraisers and events to make a difference. In 2016, they teamed up with Sarah-Beth to launch Children’s Cancer Family Foundation of Northeast Wisconsin.
