NeoCarePal (NCP) is a resource providing access to multiple clinical calculations in one place, saving Healthcare Providers (HCPs) time searching for valid resources. All NCP calculators are based on established guidelines and clearly referenced scientific evidence. No internet connection is required for using the calculators. However, links to other useful calculators and resources available online are provided in the app to ensure HCPs have all they need at their fingertips. This application is intended for use by HCPs as a support tool. It does not provide therapeutic or diagnostic assistance and it is not a substitute for clinical judgment.? She carries immense pride in her family's immigrant story, a testament to perseverance and the pursuit of dreams despite cultural and systemic challenges. Her identity as a Black female physician stands as a continuation of those aspirations, shaped by a commitment to make a difference. ?? Having served predominately Black communities, Eden highlights the critical need for diverse representation in medicine. She underscores how compassionate, equitable care starts with inclusion—bringing diverse voices and perspectives into healthcare to truly meet the needs of every patient.? Her story reminds us of the work still needed to break barriers, challenge bias, and inspire future generations of Black doctors to see themselves in impactful roles.? Eden finds inspiration in the words of Dr. Rebecca Lee Crumpler, the first African American woman to earn a medical degree in the U.S.:? "I am not discouraged because I am a woman.
