While Law.com’s 2024 Pro Mid-Market 50 recently found that revenue among the surveyed mid-market firms dropped on average by 5.5% last year, some firms, like CSG Law, experienced double-digit revenue by comparison. As noted by the publication, CSG Law’s revenue grew by 11.4% in 2023, which Managing Member Patricia Costello attributed to selective hiring and "very calculated, very calm and very strategic" growth.
