In 2022 and 2023, our local San Francisco CoS community started gathering. In early 2024, we hosted a 6 hour event in San Francisco. This event was a catalyst for more consistent gatherings and connection in SF. So in 2025, we are excited to take our SF community to the next level.... with our CoS Connect Conference format on May 15th and 16th We will be announcing more about the SF conference soon but please let us know if you have any questions or ideas! What is a board deck for? It is a *tool* for board meetings! It was awesome learning about all things board decks and board meetings last night from Andrew Salamon and Addie Lerner Katz! We also heard about the importance of sharing materials in advance, of potentially having pre-calls with Board Members, and so much more!

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: I love the Chief of Staff Network and the partnership we’ve built out over at TriNet. We hosted yet another successful event, this time a more intimate dinner. We had 13 Chiefs of Staffs show up and network with like-minded invdividuals. The Chief of Staff title isn’t exactly always the same and these incredible humans end up wearing a lot of hats. Putting them in a room together to bounce ideas, share war stories, and listen to others is a great way to make them feel like they are not alone. An opportunity to connect on a human level.
