FAS was recently awarded the “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2024” by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group. The study involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, discussions/interviews with HR professionals, and large-scale confidential online surveys conducted among women working for U.S. companies that employ more than 500 employees in 2023 and that employ more than 1,000 employees in 2022. They interviewed over 142,000 female employees in the U.S. and collected over 848,000 comprehensive company reviews. The interviews gave insight into company culture, working conditions, and more. Kudos to the men and women who work tirelessly to make Chico’s America’s Greatest Workplace for everyone.

Soma knows sleep! Soma recently hosted an immersive event titled 'Art of Sleep', unveiling their latest collection of sleepwear fabrics for Spring '24. In honor of Sleep Awareness Month, the experience welcomed editors and influencers to preview and immerse themselves in the brand’s diverse range of sleep fabrications. More than 400 days after Hurricane Ian, the original Chico's store finally reopened, welcoming eager shoppers to this iconic location. The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the 78th opening on the island, indicating that life on the island is gradually returning to normal, according to the Mayor and other city officials. Chico's has always been a staple in the community, and this reopening is just the beginning of our flagship store. When you visit the store, you will notice the heritage infused in every detail, which honors the past and looks towards the future.
