Chicken N Pickle is a unique, indoor/outdoor entertainment complex featuring a casual, chef-driven restaurant and sports bar along with pickleball courts, ping pong, and a variety of yard games. Our dynamic venues offer space for outdoor concerts, rooftop parties, a cozy fireplace room for small gatherings, celebrations and quality family time. Craft beers from local brands are proudly served alongside International favorites, with a menu of delicious, fire-roasted dishes from our kitchen. We think of our brand as that of a rambunctious, multi-generational family that works hard and plays hard. We are driven to provide our employees with a supportive, meaningful work environment, by bringing all voices to the table and providing opportunities for mentorship with career growth. For our corporate clients, we provide a challenging, stimulating opportunity for team-building, professional development and some after-hours recreation that deepens work relationships and enhances productivity. In 2019, Chicken N Pickle was named Hot New Concept by the Kansas Restaurant and Hospitality Association. Our flagship venue in North Kansas City, Mo. hatched in 2017 and was followed by store openings in Wichita, Ks. (2019), San Antonio, Texas (spring 2020), Oklahoma City, Ok. (fall 2020), and Overland Park, Ks. (2021).

The countdown is ON to unveiling our newest coop! Thornton, CO | JUNE 2025 ?? ?? Established in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2016, Chicken N Pickle is a wildly popular destination for families, young adults and corporate gatherings. The company has since expanded to Wichita, Kansas; San Antonio, Texas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Overland Park, Kansas; Grand Prairie, Texas; and Grapevine, Texas. Six more locations are under development including Glendale, Arizona (opening in 2023); St. Charles, Missouri (opening in 2023); Allen, Texas (opening in 2024); Webster, Texas (opening in 2024); Henderson, Nevada (opening in 2024); and Fishers, Indiana (opening in 2024).?In addition to Thornton, the company has announced plans for a second location in the Denver area. “Our mission is to provide an atmosphere that fosters fun, friendship and community and we are excited to bring that to Thornton,” said Dave Johnson, founder of Chicken N Pickle. “We believe that bringing people together over a delicious, wood-fired rotisserie chicken, a cold beverage and some friendly competition can create unifying bonds that ripple throughout the community and beyond.”?Chicken N Pickle will join Cabela’s, Hobby Lobby and Burlington as anchor tenants at The Grove business center. Wes Stites, principal of Precision Retail, served as local consultant/broker. “Chicken N Pickle is a best-in-class entertainment facility and we estimate that this new location will generate over 650,000 visitors annually and will create more than 180 jobs in the community,” said Garrett Stutz, Chicken N Pickle’s Director of Real Estate and Expansion. “TSG Properties is thrilled to welcome Chicken N Pickle, the country’s premier pickleball operator, to The Grove in Thornton,” said Max Gansline, Vice President of leasing and development at The Staenberg Group, developers of The Grove. “We’re excited to bring a community-focused, family-oriented concept like Chicken N Pickle to The Grove and North Denver.” ??
