The tourism team enjoyed speaking to the festival attendees who stopped by our booth at the Chickasaw Annual Meeting in Festival in Tishomingo on Saturday, Oct. 5. In addition to distributing our annual travel guide, cultural attractions guide, gaming guide and other brochures and rack cards, we were able to talk to guests to find out their favorite aspects of Chickasaw Country.

Last week, Paige Shepherd, Ryan Stump, and Kelli West, represented Chickasaw Country at the Oklahoma Lt. Governor’s Travel & Tourism Summit held in Chickasha, Okla. Paige was a panelist with representatives of Oh18 Magazine and moderator Matt Stockman for the session “Tourism with PARTNERS!” where she shared how Chickasaw Country partners with our regional destinations and statewide to promote travel and tourism to Oklahoma.
