I’m thrilled to share the Ritmo & Beats: A Shuffle & Sweat Fundraiser—a one-of-a-kind fitness experience happening this Sunday, March 23rd at Roundhead Brewing Company, Hyde Park the first Latino owned brewery Mass! This event is a collaboration between my fitness business, Catracha Fitness, LLC. Fitness, Shuffle Therapy, and DJ Juju, a Latina DJ based in Boston and all proceeds (beyond the $10 entry fee) will benefit Chica Project—a Massachusetts-based nonprofit dedicated to advancing young Latinas and women of color through mentorship, leadership, and career development.
