We are excited to share that CNI and Far South Community Development Corporation have been selected as a developer finalist for the City of Chicago’s Roseland Michigan Ave RFQ! CNI and Far South, along with Gensler and Beehyyve created 1Fifteen at Michigan Station – a multi-phase proposal which looks to establish a presence at the corner of 115th and Michigan with its first phase. The four-story mixed-use building would include a 15,000 square foot anchor grocery store, an 8,000 square foot market hall for small businesses and entrepreneurs, an outdoor plaza, an indoor/outdoor dining experience, and 58 affordable apartments. ? A big thanks goes out to Far South Chicago Community Development Corporation, Gensler and BEEHYYVE for all your hard work in getting us this far! ? The Chicago Department of Planning and Development is welcoming community input on the two finalists proposals until March 21st?–?make your voice heard here: https://lnkd.in/gc_8a72m
