This morning, we were thrilled to join our friends Joe Freshgoods and Community Goods at Suder Montessori Magnet School for the opening of the Creative Community Co-Lab! Inspired by Joe “Freshgoods” Robinson’s personal design journey, the Co-Lab will host in-school and afterschool programing, including the Chicago Blackhawks Foundation’s LEAD initiative for 6th to 8th graders. We are proud to continue our investment in our local community by providing students with an environment to foster personal growth, explore the arts, and continue to build leadership skills.?

Right Back at Ya year 3??????The Chicago Blackhawks Foundation and Community Goods teamed up again to host our annual back-to-school event at Fifth Third Arena. Partnering with West Side Native, Joe Freshgoods, the event hosted CPS students who received school supplies, merch, haircuts, vision screenings and more thanks to our local community partners.

Blackhawks leadership, staff, and Wirtz family members had the honor of joining the Sac & Fox Nation for their 59th annual Powwow this past weekend. It was a wonderful celebration with our partners, where we proudly supported the Sac & Fox National Public Library in hosting "Tatakwi 2024," an art and cultural exhibition curated by Tony Tiger. ? We were also thrilled to spend time with our Black Hawk Leadership Scholarship winner, Erica Cline, and our Jim Thorpe Athletic Scholarship winner, Kimberly Wood.
