Offer exclusive perks for loyalty members, like early access or member-only bundles. Make them feel part of something special. 2?? Double down on points or rewards for purchases during the event. Could you offer more to those that subscribe & save? 3?? Personalize follow-ups with a “welcome” offer or bonus for signing up. This is a great spot to promote your membership program, too. When in the New York DTC ecosystem, Ronak is the Obvi choice! After the incredible Chicago dinner and NYC gala, Ron and I sat down for a chat. While he has experience running a well-reputed brand, what I really appreciated were his insights into the entire ecosystem. His perspective on the paid media and agency-brand relationship was definitely something to learn from. →Creative strategy is a significant unlock for brands, but many had invested too much in media buying strategies.? However, brands are now realizing that creatives are the real needle-movers. We at GoMarble, could not agree more! →People trust people, not just words. In a service-based business, referrals are crucial. So, the simple rule is: to deliver results. Brands will not only stick with you but also refer you to others. We also discussed how the BFCM prep is going—it's a crucial month for all the brands. As a parting gift, he shared some Obvi goodies with me, and I have to say, their packaging is a walking ad in itself.
