When you think about diapers, probably only a couple of brands come to mind - Pampers and Huggies, right? Usually, that means a category is ripe for disruption. And that’s the mission of the good people at DYPER. They want to make diapers kinder - for parents, for babies, and for the environment. Sounds simple, but it isn’t easy. To get it done, DYPER is using more plant-based materials in their manufacturing and completely rethinking diaper disposal through their Redyper composting program. As the SVP of Brand Marketing at DYPER, Alexandra E. Vailas is tasked with challenging the big incumbents in the space. Her background as a marketer, creator, influencer, and mom means she has both the passion and the knowledge to make it happen.
